Canvas Church loves families! And we do our best to make your experience the best it can be. It’s our goal that when your kids come through our doors they will have fun, be safe, and feel loved.
We also believe that parents/guardians are the primary nurturers of their child’s spiritual growth and we work to be a resource to help in this effort!
Canvas Kids gatherings are available from birth through 5th grade at each campus during all gathering times.
New to Canvas?
FIRST VISIT TO CANVAS KIDS: Your child’s safety is our number one priority. When you first visit Canvas Kids we will need you to bring the following information:
- Parent/Guardian name(s)
- Mobile phone number (to receive text notifications)
- Child’s name
- Child’s date of birth
- Any other information you would like us to know (i.e. allergies, special needs, etc.)
This information is kept on your family’s profile to ensure a secure check-in process.
SECURE CHECK IN: Kids can be checked in to their class 15 minutes prior to the start of the gathering. Our check-in process involves a randomly generated alpha-numeric code printed on the child’s name tag and the guardian receipt. Guardian receipts must be presented to Canvas Kids Team Members upon pick-up. This ensures that only authorized individuals are able to pick up kids from our environments.
BACKGROUND CHECKS: Each of our Canvas Kids Team Members has a completed background check. Individuals who have not completed the background check process will not be permitted in our Kids environments.
CLASSROOM RATIOS: All of our Canvas Kids environments are staffed with an adult to child ratio according to child care licensing standards for the State of Montana. We are committed to providing great supervision for all children participating in Canvas Kids.
ALLERGIES: If your child has an allergy or dietary restriction please ask one of our Canvas Kids Check In Team Members for an allergy sticker. Allergies can also be noted on your family profile in the check-in system.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS: To ensure the health of all the children in our care, we are unable to accept sick children into our environments. Our policy regarding illness follows state child care guidelines. If you have questions regarding this please ask a Canvas Kids Team Member.

We would love the have you SERVE in KIDS! There are three areas to choose from: EARLY CHILDHOOD (Birth-Kindergarten), ELEMENTARY (1st-5th), or KID FIT (First Impressions Team).
Here are three steps to join the team:
Step 1: Click here to complete our online form and background check.
Step 2: We will contact you to set up a 15-20 minute interview with a Kids Lead Team Member.
Step 3: Once your background check has been approved a Kids Lead Team Member will contact you to get you scheduled.
